Frequently Asked Questions

What low-voltage products does Pronto supply?

Pronto coordinates miniature circuit breakers, residual current circuit breakers, surge protective devices, photovoltaic fuses and DC combiner boxes. The range is used on AC distribution boards and on DC photovoltaic circuits.

Send the project list, or the model names you already use, and we will tell you which items can be sourced and which points still need confirming.

Does Pronto manufacture the products?

No. Pronto is an independent sourcing platform. We do not manufacture the devices.

When a project needs a specific marking, packing or a small change to a standard product, we coordinate that with selected manufacturing partners and record what was agreed before the order is placed.

Can products be marked with our brand?

Brand marking is available only where the selected partner can support it. It is not automatic for every catalog item.

With the enquiry, send the nameplate text, the color and the packing you need. We confirm what can be done, and on which models, before you place the order.

How do I select a miniature circuit breaker?

Start from the circuit. For an AC distribution board, confirm the rated current, the breaking capacity and the tripping curve the design uses. For a DC photovoltaic or battery circuit, confirm that the device is specified for DC, at the voltage and current that circuit actually sees.

An AC breaker with a similar DIN-rail shape is not a substitute for a DC breaker. If you are unsure, send the single-line or the existing nameplate and we will mark the points that do not match.

What should I send for a quotation?

A model name or a short specification is enough to start. Add the quantity, and say whether this is a sample, a first order or a repeat. If the part sits in a combiner box or a distribution board, add the system voltage and the country of installation.

A bill of materials is welcome. We reply with availability and with any rating, pole or packing detail that is still open.

Can I start with samples?

Yes. Samples and small quantities are available for selected products, so the device can be checked on the board before a repeat order.

The sample is tied to the same model record as the later supply. That is what keeps the second shipment aligned with the first.

Where is stock held, and how do you ship?

Pronto works with warehouses in Poland, Hungary and China. Customers are supplied in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa. The shipping point depends on the model and the quantity.

When the order is confirmed, we state which warehouse will dispatch it and what the expected timing is. We do not quote one lead time for every product.

What documents can you provide with an order?

For an agreed model we can share the product data we actually hold, such as an outline, a datasheet or the packing list. Files shown on this website as samples are for page display. Ask us for the current file that belongs to the model you want to buy.

If a project needs a named test report, request it with the enquiry. We only pass on a report that matches that model. We do not attach paperwork from a different product.

How do you check the goods before dispatch?

The check follows the agreed model: rating, poles, marking and quantity. On a repeat order we also compare the shipment with the previous record.

If the nameplate does not match what was confirmed, the goods stay in the warehouse and we tell you before dispatch.

What if a delivery does not match the order?

Write to us with the order reference, photographs of the nameplate and a short note of the difference. We trace that batch against the model record and agree a replacement or a return.

Do not install a device whose rating does not match the confirmation. A frame that looks right can still be the wrong curve, the wrong voltage or the wrong pole arrangement.

Can a previous order be repeated without a new specification?

Yes. Quote the earlier order number or the model name and we will supply to that record, unless you ask for a change.

If the current version differs in terminals, curve or packing, we say so before the repeat is confirmed. The repeat is not released on an assumption.

How do I request a catalog or a technical answer?

Use the contact form, or email info@pronto-energy.pl. For a technical question, name the circuit (AC distribution or DC photovoltaic), the voltage and the quantity.

Catalog pages on this site show how a file is presented. The file you should build from is the one we send for the confirmed model.
