About Pronto

Who we are

By your side — always ready

We are an independent electrical sourcing platform connecting global supply with local project needs. We help buyers, distributors, installers and engineering teams source low-voltage switchgear and renewable energy installation products.

We started from hands-on work on factory floors and on job sites. We have seen how parts that looked fine on paper caused delays, rework and unanswered service calls when quality, fit or delivery had not been checked beforehand.
That is why we do more than look up products. Under our Pronto Sourcing Framework, we check the supplier behind each item, verify the test and certificate scope, confirm compatibility with the application, review delivery reliability, and stay with the order after it arrives.
We founded Olibo in Wenzhou in September 2023 and rebranded as Pronto in February 2026 — “Pronto” is Italian for “I’m ready.”

Sourcing framework

How we earn your trust

Our Pronto Sourcing Framework checks the supplier, the product, the application, the supply chain and our local support behind every order.

Supplier check on site

If we have not seen who makes it, it does not go on the list.
  • Company registration and the licences the plant needs
  • Ownership, and how long the company has traded
  • Financial position and production capacity
  • Visit to the plant
  • Machines, process, and the quality benches

Product tests

If it has not passed the checks, we do not offer it.
  • Papers that belong to that product, not to a sister model
  • Which standard, and which ratings the paper covers
  • Test reports from an independent lab, where they exist
  • Batch and serial records, so a shipment can be traced
  • Inspection notes kept with the batch

Fit to the job

If it does not fit the application, we do not recommend it.
  • Where the device sits, and how the system is laid out
  • Ratings checked against the product sheet
  • Whether the parts in that system work together
  • Rules for the destination market
  • Residential, commercial or industrial use

Delivery you can plan on

If we cannot rely on the supply, we do not promise a date.
  • Capacity, and whether a larger order can be made
  • Lead time, and what is actually in stock
  • What happens if a batch slips
